REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
2. Strategize and plan for the sales department in both the
short and long term to achieve the company target.
3. Manage the sales team
4. Develop business and market research.
5. Responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring customer
satisfaction.
6. Contribute to department SOP’s.
7. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
8. Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
9. Oversee sales operations
10. Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. Sales and Business Development skills
2. Experience in sales operations and team management with a
minimum of 8 years.
3. Past experience related to the field is a plus
4. Customer service skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
6. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
7. Strong leadership and management abilities
8. Experience in the furniture or design industry is a plus
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
